Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Warehouse In-Charge with at least 4 years of warehouse management experience in the UAE. Experience in the furniture industry—specifically in fasteners (all types of screws), furniture hardware, and fittings—will be considered a strong advantage. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring accurate inventory management, and maintaining efficient storage and distribution processes. Flexibility in working hours is required to meet operational demands.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage day-to-day warehouse operations.
• Supervise receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching of goods.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock audits.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of fasteners, screws, furniture hardware, and fittings.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with procurement for timely replenishment.
• Implement and maintain warehouse safety standards and procedures.
• Manage and supervise warehouse staff, ensuring productivity and discipline.
• Coordinate with sales and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Maintain proper documentation for inbound and outbound shipments.
• Ensure warehouse cleanliness, organization, and efficient space utilization.
• Handle inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of warehouse management experience in the UAE.
• Experience in furniture fasteners (all types of screws), furniture hardware, and fittings is a strong advantage.
• Good knowledge of inventory management systems and ERP software.
• Strong leadership and team supervision skills.
• Ability to manage stock control and reporting.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, inventory systems).
• Physically fit and capable of handling warehouse operations.
• Willingness to work flexible hours when required.
