Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive with a minimum of 4 years of proven sales experience. Experience in the furniture industry—specifically in fasteners (all types of screws), furniture hardware, and fittings—will be considered a strong advantage. The role will focus on developing and managing sales across GCC, Africa, and Asia markets. Proficiency in French will be an added value, particularly for handling African market clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across GCC, Africa, and Asia markets.
- Promote and sell fasteners (all types of screws), furniture hardware, and fittings to distributors, retailers, contractors, and manufacturers.
- Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by management.
- Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and sales contracts.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements with customers.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and new product opportunities.
- Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Follow up on payments and maintain healthy receivables.
- Represent the company at trade fairs, exhibitions, and client meetings when required.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of proven sales experience (UAE or international experience preferred).
- Experience in furniture fasteners (all types of screws), furniture hardware, and fittings is a strong advantage.
- Experience handling GCC, Africa, and Asia markets is preferred.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Good knowledge of MS Office applications.
- French language proficiency is an added value, especially for African market operations.
