Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales / Export Manager with at least 4 years of UAE experience in the furniture industry, specifically in fasteners (all types of screws), furniture hardware, and fittings. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and expanding sales operations across GCC, Africa, and Asia markets. The role requires strong market knowledge, export experience, and willingness to travel as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales and export strategies to achieve company revenue targets in GCC, Africa, and Asia regions.
- Identify new business opportunities, distributors, and key clients in international markets.
- Manage and strengthen relationships with existing customers, dealers, and agents.
- Handle complete export documentation and coordinate with logistics, freight forwarders, and customs clearance agents.
- Conduct market research to analyze competition, pricing trends, and customer requirements.
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for management review.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms with international clients.
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and export procedures.
- Participate in international trade fairs, exhibitions, and business development trips.
- Coordinate with internal departments (procurement, warehouse, finance) to ensure timely order fulfilment.
- Monitor receivables and ensure timely collection of payments from overseas clients.
- Generate leads through online platforms and networking.
- Experience in domestic sales in UAE is an added advantage.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Trade, or related field.
- Minimum 4 years of UAE experience in furniture fasteners (all types of screws), furniture hardware, and fittings.
- Proven experience handling GCC, Africa, and Asia markets.
- Strong knowledge of export documentation, Incoterms, and international shipping procedures.
- Established network of distributors and clients in the furniture or construction industry is an advantage.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/CRM systems.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Valid UAE driving license preferred.
- Willingness to travel internationally as required.
