Job Description

• Inspection & Verification

  • Perform detailed inspection and verification of materials, equipment, and components at supplier, manufacturer, or site locations.

  • Review product certificates, test reports, and technical documentation for compliance with relevant codes and standards (ASME, ASTM, API, ISO, etc.).

  • Witness testing, calibration, and factory acceptance tests (FAT), site acceptance tests (SAT), or performance tests as per inspection and test plans (ITPs).

  • Verify dimensional checks, visual inspection, welding, coating, and NDT reports as applicable.

• Documentation & Reporting

  • Prepare detailed inspection reports, release notes, and non-conformance reports (NCRs) as per company and client procedures.

  • Maintain accurate and traceable inspection documentation for audit and certification purposes.

  • Ensure proper control of inspection records and timely submission to the Inspection Coordinator/Client.

• Client Coordination

  • Liaise with client representatives, vendors, and project teams to coordinate inspection schedules and requirements.

  • Ensure effective communication of inspection outcomes, deviations, or delays.

• Compliance & Quality Assurance

  • Ensure inspections are conducted in accordance with approved Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) procedures.

  • Adhere to company and client health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards during all inspection activities.

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives within the inspection and certification division.
