Job Descriptions
Key Responsibilities:
1. Scaffolding Operations Management
-
Supervise and coordinate all scaffolding erection, modification, and dismantling activities.

Ensure scaffolds are built as per approved drawings, load requirements, and project specifications.
-
Allocate scaffolding teams, materials, and tools as per daily work requirements.
-
Monitor progress and ensure work is performed efficiently and on schedule.
2. Safety & Compliance
-
Ensure full compliance with OSHA, local regulations, and company HSE policies.

Conduct scaffold inspections and issue scaffold tags (Green, Yellow, Red) in accordance with standard practices.

Identify unsafe conditions and implement corrective actions immediately.

Participate in site safety meetings, toolbox talks, and risk assessments.
-
Ensure scaffolders use proper PPE and safe working methods at all times.
3. Documentation & Record Keeping
-
Maintain updated scaffold register, inspection checklists, and handover certificates.
-
Prepare daily reports on scaffolding activities, manpower, material usage, and safety observations.

Review and validate method statements and risk assessments for scaffolding tasks.
4. Coordination & Communication
-
Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors on scaffolding requirements.

Respond to work requests and prioritize scaffolding needs to support critical and high-risk tasks.

Communicate clearly with scaffolders and site teams to ensure safe and efficient execution.
5. Material & Resource Management
-
Monitor scaffolding material and ensure correct use of components (tubes, couplers, boards, ladders, etc.).

Report material shortages, damages, or misuse.

Ensure safe storage and housekeeping of scaffolding materials.
Qualifications

Undergraduate, Others, Bachelor's Degree, Diploma, Graduate
Basic Info

Strong knowledge of scaffolding systems (Tube & Fittings / Kwikstage / Ringlock). Thorough understanding of load calculations, stability, and working platform requirements. Strong leadership and team supervision skills. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings for scaffold structures. Excellent knowledge of safety standards and hazard identification. Good communication and coordination skills.
