Identify and develop new business opportunities in assigned territory.

Visit retail outlets, distributors, and wholesalers to ensure product availability and visibility.

Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Implement company marketing strategies and promotional campaigns effectively at the point of sale.

Monitor competitor activity and market trends to provide timely feedback to management.

Maintain accurate records of sales, customer details, and activities in the CRM system.

Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain good credit hygiene.

Collaborate with supply chain/logistics to ensure timely product delivery.

Conduct product demos, staff training, and merchandising where needed.

Attend regular sales meetings, training sessions, and team briefings.
