Job Descriptions

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in assigned territory.

  • Visit retail outlets, distributors, and wholesalers to ensure product availability and visibility.

  • Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

  • Implement company marketing strategies and promotional campaigns effectively at the point of sale.

  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends to provide timely feedback to management.

  • Maintain accurate records of sales, customer details, and activities in the CRM system.

  • Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain good credit hygiene.

  • Collaborate with supply chain/logistics to ensure timely product delivery.

  • Conduct product demos, staff training, and merchandising where needed.

  • Attend regular sales meetings, training sessions, and team briefings.
