Visit assigned retail outlets/supermarkets as per route plan. Ensure proper display of products according to planogram and brand guidelines. Maintain stock levels by replenishing shelves, removing expired/damaged goods, and rotating stock (FIFO). Negotiate for better shelf space and positioning to maximize product visibility. Monitor and report on competitor activities, pricing, and promotional strategies. Set up promotional displays and POS materials as directed by the marketing team. Collect and report store-level data such as inventory levels, sales trends, and consumer feedback. Build and maintain positive relationships with store staff and management. Ensure adherence to hygiene and merchandising standards. Report any supply chain or stock issues to the sales or logistics team.
