Promote and demonstrate FMCG products to customers in-store or at promotional events. Explain product features, benefits, and usage to customers to encourage purchases. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets as assigned. Monitor and ensure proper product display, stock levels, and cleanliness of the promotion area. Collect customer feedback and report any product or service issues to supervisors. Support marketing campaigns by distributing samples, brochures, or promotional materials. Submit daily or weekly sales reports and updates to the supervisor or sales manager. Work closely with the sales and merchandising teams to align on product promotions and availability.
