Job Overview:
Prestigius Client is looking for an experienced and highly responsible Store Manager to oversee operations at our Gold & Diamond retail outlet. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth daily operations, excellent customer service, and compliance with all retail and regulatory standards.
Key ResponsibiliƟes:
Manage overall store operaƟons, including sales, staff supervision, and inventory
control.
Develop and implement sales strategies to meet targets and enhance profitability.
Ensure compliance with gold and diamond retail regulaƟons and security protocols.
Maintain accurate stock records, monitor replenishment, and coordinate with
suppliers.
Supervise, train, and motivate sales staff to achieve performance goals.
Handle VIP clients and ensure premium customer service standards.
Prepare sales reports, analyze business performance, and recommend
improvements.
Oversee store appearance and ensure adherence to brand standards.

Candidate Requirements: Bachelor’s degree and diplomas in a related field. Minimum 5 years of proven experience in managing a gold & diamond or luxury retail store. Strong knowledge of gold, diamond, and precious stone retail operations. Excellent communication, leadership, and customer service skills. Proficiency in POS systems and MS Office applications. Ability to manage inventory and handle financial reconciliations accurately. Male candidate only (preferable Indian) Fluency in English. UAE Driving License (preferred).
