Job Descriptions
Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.

Monitor and manage inventory costing, margin analysis, and stock valuation, in coordination with warehouse and sales teams.

Ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions related to trading of building materials and hardware.

Handle VAT calculations, filings, and compliance with local tax regulations.
-
Reconcile supplier and customer accounts and resolve discrepancies.
-
Supervise junior accounting staff and review their work for accuracy and compliance.

Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities as needed.

Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.

Implement and maintain internal controls and accounting best practices.
Qualifications
-
Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree
