Job Descriptions
Key Responsibilities:

Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, sales orders, and client proposals.

Coordinate with production and logistics departments to ensure timely delivery of veneered furniture products.

Maintain accurate records of orders, client communications, and delivery schedules.

Respond to client inquiries by phone, email, or in person, and provide after-sales support when needed.

Follow up with clients on order status, payment, and satisfaction.

Prepare sales reports, track performance, and maintain customer databases.

Support marketing and sales campaigns by providing administrative and coordination support.

Ensure smooth internal communication between sales, design, and manufacturing teams for custom furniture requirements.

Help organize meetings, site visits, and showroom presentations for the sales team.
Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree
