Job Descriptions
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and achieve revenue targets in the veneered furniture sector.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities with interior designers, architects, contractors, furniture retailers, and direct clients.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and partners.

Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to meet performance goals.

Prepare accurate quotes, proposals, and presentations tailored to client requirements.

Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity to inform product positioning and pricing strategies.

Collaborate with production, design, and logistics teams to ensure timely and high-quality order fulfillment.

Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote the company and its products.

Maintain up-to-date records of client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline status using CRM tools.
