π Key Responsibilities
• Lead and align all departments (sales, operations, marketing, HR, finance)
• Design and implement SOPs, KPIs, and performance tracking systems
• Restructure internal workflows to improve accountability and delivery
• Coach and direct department heads to meet company-wide objectives
• Oversee budgeting, cost control, procurement, and forecasting
• Drive sales growth through operational excellence and cross-functional planning
• Report directly to the CEO and manage P&L responsibilities
