We are seeking experienced freelance trainers who will be responsible for delivering high-quality, engaging, and impactful training sessions. We are looking for subject matter experts across the following areas:
Key Focus Areas:
- Finance/Accounting Management
- Business Management – Payroll, Cost Control, Employee Engagement, Labour Laws, etc.
- Soft Skills – Leadership, Time Management, Communication, Emotional Intelligence, Conflict Resolution, etc.
- Sales, Marketing, and Customer Care Management
- Human Resources Management
- Electrical Engineering
- Mechanical Engineering
- Chemical Engineering
- Plant Preservation and Operations
- Supply Chain, Procurement, and Logistics Management
- Quality Management
- Information Technology – Programming Languages, DBMS, Cybersecurity, Cloud Computing, etc.
Common Requirements:
- Minimum of 15 years of hands-on experience in the relevant field.
- Proven track record of success and achievements in the respective industry.
- Previous experience as a professional trainer is mandatory.
- Ability to design, develop, and deliver effective training sessions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to convey complex concepts clearly and understandably.
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to engage and captivate an audience.
- Proficient in using multimedia tools and technologies for presentations.
- Ability to tailor training content to meet the needs of diverse audiences.
- Flexibility to adapt training methods based on participant feedback and learning styles.
- Commitment to staying current with industry trends and advancements.
- Willingness to update and enhance training materials continuously.
- Ability to build positive and collaborative relationships with participants.
