Real Estate (Brokerage) Manager

Job Descriptions

We are seeking an experienced and driven Manager for Real Estate Brokerage to manage our operations and lead the dynamic team of brokers. As a key member of the management team, the candidate will play a pivotal role in managing property transactions, driving sales, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all aspects of property sales, purchase, rentals, and development
• Lead, mentor, hire, and train a team of brokers to achieve sales targets and objectives
• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote properties and generate leads
• Negotiate and finalize sale, purchase, and rental agreements on behalf of clients
• Ensure compliance with real estate laws, regulations, and industry standards
• Monitor market trends and provide insights to optimize business performance
• Handle tenant inquiries, resolve disputes, and oversee collections
• Prepare reports, budgets, and forecasts for senior management

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• At least 15 years of proven experience in real estate brokerage, with at least 10 years in a managerial role
• Strong knowledge of the UAE real estate market, particularly in Dubai
• Valid RERA Brokerage License
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in English; additional languages will be a plus
• Valid UAE driving license
• Preferably European nationalities

Benefits
