We are looking for Chief Engineer, who will be responsible to oversee the maintenance and upkeep of the fleet of crew boats, supply vessels, and water barges. The ideal candidate must be expertise in engine maintenance and will be crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of the vessels, contributing to the success of our maritime operations.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise the maintenance and repair of engines on crew boats, supply vessels, and water barges
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure the continuous operation of vessels
• Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any mechanical issues
• Provide technical guidance and support to engineering staff
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and safety standards
• Manage inventory of spare parts and equipment necessary for maintenance activities
• Collaborate with other departments, such as operations and procurement, to optimize vessel performance
• Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and report on performance metrics

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marine Engineering or a related field
• Chief Engineer License or equivalent certification is an advantage
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in marine engineering, with a focus on maintaining crew boats, supply vessels, and water barges
• Strong technical knowledge of marine engines and systems
• Familiarity with relevant regulations and safety standards
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
