We are looking for a Customer Care Executive who will be responsible to provide exceptional customer service to clients seeking information, assistance, and support related to our all-business units. You will play a critical part in ensuring clients have a positive experience and receive accurate information about our business units.
Responsibilities
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward clients at all times.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries from customers.
- Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, chat or other communication channels.
- Address and resolve customer issues, concerns, and inquiries promptly and professionally
- Acknowledging and resolving client complaints if requires as per the Management instruction.
- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Identifying and addressing areas for improvement in the customer care process
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions
- Keeping records of client interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints and reporting on regular basis
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
- Follow-up with the clients and keep the relationship for smooth and continues business operation
Qualifications
- Any Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations.
- Working knowledge of MS office tools
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong client-facing and communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Nationality: Filipino
