Job Descriptions

We are looking for a Customer Care Executive who will be responsible to provide exceptional customer service to clients seeking information, assistance, and support related to our all-business units. You will play a critical part in ensuring clients have a positive experience and receive accurate information about our business units.

Responsibilities

  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward clients at all times.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries from customers.
  • Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, chat or other communication channels.
  • Address and resolve customer issues, concerns, and inquiries promptly and professionally
  • Acknowledging and resolving client complaints if requires as per the Management instruction.
  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Identifying and addressing areas for improvement in the customer care process
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions
  • Keeping records of client interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints and reporting on regular basis
  • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
  • Follow-up with the clients and keep the relationship for smooth and continues business operation

Qualifications

  • Any Bachelor’s Degree
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills in English 
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations.
  • Working knowledge of MS office tools
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong client-facing and communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Nationality: Filipino
