HVAC Technician

Job Descriptions

We are looking for a skilled HVAC Technician with expertise in chiller and FAHU (Fan Coil Air Handling Unit) systems. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with chiller and FAHU units and possess the knowledge to troubleshoot and optimize their performance.

Responsibilities:

• Install, inspect, and maintain chiller systems.
• Conduct routine checks to ensure proper functioning and efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and repair chiller system components as needed.
• Install, service, and repair Fan Coil Air Handling Units.
• Perform regular inspections to identify and address issues with FAHU systems.
• Ensure optimal performance and energy efficiency of FAHU units.
• Install, repair, and maintain heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
• Troubleshoot HVAC system malfunctions and implement effective solutions.
• Conduct preventive maintenance to prolong the life of HVAC equipment.
• Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults in HVAC systems.
• Utilize technical manuals and diagnostic tools to identify and resolve issues.
• Stay updated on industry advancements and best practices.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an HVAC Technician, with a focus on chiller and FAHU systems.
• Knowledge of HVAC components, including compressors, motors, and thermostats.
• Familiarity with refrigeration principles and practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Physical fitness and the ability to work in various environments.
