Junior Safety Trainer

Job Descriptions

We are looking for a Junior Safety Trainer who will be responsible in delivering comprehensive safety training programs. Also, assisting in the development of course materials required for trainings. 

Responsibilities

• Delivering training sessions to the company’s clients, these sessions could be in-person, online, or a combination of both. .
• Conducting and assist in demonstrations and practical exercises that allow participants to apply safety.
• Conduct training sessions in a clear, organized, and professional manner, using a variety of instructional techniques to ensure training attendees understanding.
• Assist senior trainers or training managers develop training materials, presentations, and resources that cover various safety topics. This may involve researching regulations, industry standards, and best

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil
• NEBOSH 
• Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety and Train the Trainer will be an added advantage
• Proven experience at least 2 years in delivering training either in house or Third Party will be an advantage
• Thorough knowledge of health and safety laws
• Strong passion for safety education and training
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proficient in IT (Windows Operating System, MS Office specially PowerPoint and Tools)
• Language proficiency in English and Hindi, other languages will be added advantage
