Job Descriptions
We are seeking an experienced and visionary Group CEO to lead the diverse portfolio of businesses. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in executive leadership, particularly in the real estate, real estate development, hospitality, trading, and multi-level construction sectors. The individual will be responsible for overseeing the strategic direction, growth, and performance of the entire group while ensuring each business unit operates cohesively and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Extensive executive-level management experience.
- Extensive Real Estate Industry & Development experience.
- Sales, Marketing, Land Acquisition, Customer Services, Facility, Liaising with Government for Approvals, Scheming the Projects, Project Management, Execution, Legal Formalities for the Purchasers till handover.
- Responsible for Execution of projects, Projects monitoring Engineering, contracts, Tendering, procurement, planning & budgeting, cost monitoring, product quality, safety, estimation, etc.
- Responsible to support in successful delivery on time and within cost.
- Profile includes business development, tendering, execution of project within time and contractual parameters, closing contract, team building, customer relationship.
- Execution- including selection and management of Architects[1]Local/International, Consultants, Vendors and Co-ordination for project approvals with statutory authorities
- Assist the Board of Directors in setting strategic goals, objectives, budgets, policies, and procedures to enhance its market share, profitability and return on investment.
- Strong visionary with proven leadership qualities and an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Defining strategic business plans for existing and upcoming real estate developments within the luxury hotel industry
- Leading real estate investment projects, while identifying financial opportunities in order to expand the organization
- Having experience of managing group companies, and Family group business.
- Capable to comprehend project’s plan, understand the Engineering details of the AutoCAD drawings.
- Being an energetic, dynamic and enthusiastic leader with demonstrable experience of driving change, leading operations across multiple geographies to growth and better efficiency with a regional experience.
Requirements
- Must have minimum 3 years of experience as CEO or Board/Management Level in Oman
- Minimum 15 years of GCC experience in Real Estate, Real Estate Development, Hospitality Industry, Trading Business, Construction – Building multi-level
- B.Sc. in Civil Engineering is preferable & PMP, MBA in business administration or relevant field
- Good communication, interpersonal skills and with cultural sensitivity.
- Gifted with negotiation and convincing skills
- Excellent communication skills in English. Hindi, Arabic will be an added advantage
- Microsoft programs with adequate knowledge in using Excel, ERP system. Extra skills, and programs/applications will be plus.
- In-depth knowledge of industry trends, market analysis, and a strong network within these industries.
- Exceptional leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong financial acumen and the ability to drive profitable growth.
