Job Descriptions

We are looking for an Operations Executive who will be responsible for overseeing and managing the operational activities and ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of various operational processes, coordinating with different departments, and implementing strategies to improve productivity and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Co-ordinate with all supervisors and clients to ensure quality service delivery.
  • Ensure cleaning teams adhere to safety measures during cleaning operations.
  • Identify and recommend suitable equipment and/or technologies to improve cleaning operations.
  • Maintain equipment and inventory.
  • Allocate equipment and supplies to project sites.
  • Assist in budget planning for cleaning operations.
  • Control the project budget by preparing full project facilities management plan and cost study.
  • Ensure the budget guidelines set are followed and deviation to these should be communicated with explanations.
  • To review, check and sanction monthly material and manpower requisition for the project.
  • Compile and analyse relevant data to propose recommendations for cleaning process improvement.
  • Assist in development and review of operations plan to improve work procedures and quality services delivery.
  • Facilitate effective work processes.
  • Facilitate the capability development of staff.
  • Assist in resolving existing contract conflicts.
  • Guide teams to respond to major incidents and emergencies.
  • Should be able to manage time well and to meet deadlines.
  • Should be able to handle conflicts and should work well under pressure.
  • Report and update on major incidents and emergencies to the management.
  • Prepare, fill and complete all paper works related to job execution and work completion.
  • Conduct periodic training, motivate and update the team regularly.
  • Conduct performance appraisal.
  • Visit potential clients,sites & provide requisite data for tendering.

Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in an operations role in UAE
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve operational challenges.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficient in using productivity tools, software, and systems to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
  • Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in operations management.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality in all operational activities.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and guide teams towards achieving operational objectives.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and requirements.
