Job Descriptions

We are looking for a Secondary Market Consultant (Real Estate). The ideal candidate must have excellent knowledge about UAE real estate market with minimum 3 years of similar experience.

Salary: AED 3000- 5000 with 55% commission and other statutory benefits

Requirements

Must have minimum 3 years of UAE real estate market experience
Any Bachelor’s degree excellent communication skills
Very knowledgeable in CRM & Listing Portals
Proven track record of generating Pipeline/Sales of Secondary Market sales in Dubai
RERA would be an added advantage
Valid UAE driving license

Responsibilities

Attention to UAE real estate markets trends
Guide buyers purchasing properties, making sure they make the most appropriate investment
Arranging Site Visits/Viewing of the property
Cold calling to find new listings
Manage all incoming leads from platforms
Guide sellers selling properties, making sure they trust your professionalism and understand the selling price we recommend
Assess clients' needs and provide turnkey solutions that suit their persona
Perform a comprehensive comparative market analysis to evaluate properties for the client
Advise clients based on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legalities and all other related matters with transparency and honesty
Help the company improve its customer acquisition strategies based on market facts and your experience
Work closely with other departments to carry the client through a 360° service
Market research and analysis to identify areas with increasing demand and profitability margin
