Job Descriptions

We are looking for Sales Executives with courier and logistics industry background and good working knowledge in CRM systems and valid UAE driving license.

Location: Dubai

Salary: AED 5000-9000

Responsibilities

Meet and exceed sales targets
Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
Setting up meetings with potential clients and listening to their wishes and concerns
Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
Generate business from new and existing customer accounts
Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
Collect all outstanding due payment on time
Responsible for initiating sales calls to prospective or current clients
Prospect for leads and perform heavy cold-calling to build a pipeline of businesses
Supervise accounts daily to retain existing relationships
Responsible for supervising shipments until delivery completed to guarantee smooth operations and customer satisfaction
Carry out research to identify companies not currently doing business with the organization

Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams

Skills

Bachelors Degree
Minimum 2 years' quota carrying sales experience
UAE driving license
Working knowledge of CRM systems
Demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
Creative and adaptable, learn new responsibilities quickly and take initiative
Possesses leadership abilities and is a flexible team player
